Greenway Bathrooms

This is a close up of the generous vanity area in each bedroom. Each alcove area has a stylish vessel sink and nice, generous countertop and cabinet storage.

A shared toilet and large shower separates the two vanity spaces. Low flow sink faucets and shower head as well as a dual flush toilet complete the suite.

A smart, sensor-operated fan controls the ventilation and humidity when the bath is in use, reducing the chance of mold and mildew.

Each unit has a bedroom that will easily accommodate a queen sized bed. A generous walk-in closet has ample storage. each bedroom also has its own vanity and dresser alcove.

Each bedroom upstairs shares a generous four foot shower and toilet. The bath fan runs continuously at a low volume to consistently provide fresh air to the townhouses.

Bicycle and Pedestrian-Friendly

Context for your living environment is important, too. So this is a picture turning around 180 degrees and looking at the bike and pedestrian path that skirts the south edge of our property. We wanted to maintain a fence for privacy to the condominiums just south of our project.

And, we also wanted to evoke the bicycle and pedestrian-friendly nature of what we are doing. So we worked with our photographer, Mike Dean to develop images that reflect the path and its bicycle and pedestrian nature. We think it’s kind of fun.

Stylish, Livable Townhouses

 This view shows the front entrance area with the powder room door and stairway to the upstairs. We carried the galvanized theme inside with the stair handrails and window blinds. White color throughout allows us to use zero VOC paint. Energy-efficient windows and insulation as well as air sealing keep utility bills low.

Nine-foot ceilings add to the spacious feel downstairs. The upper level has eight foot ceilings and two bedrooms. With a total of about 950 square feet, these townhouse apartments have  great livability.
